ONE RATCLIFF SQUARE

One Ratcliff Square is set to become a landmark 22-storey (plus basement) hotel for Paradise Birmingham.

Simple yet elegant, the building will introduce 198 one-beds and a range of standard and premium studio accommodation.

A ground-floor bar and restaurant will complement this, creating an active and vibrant interface with the new Western Terrace public square.

One Ratcliff will be crowned by a Skybar, a covered south-west terrace offering views across Centenary Square and beyond, and a dedicated Paradise Cycle hub.
